Seal-the-Deal Notary Services offers notarial services in accordance with applicable state laws.  Services may include in‑person notarization, mobile notarization, and apostilles. The specific services offered are described on the Site.​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees for the Notary Services as agreed upon between the Notary and Client. Payments are due at the time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Cash. All fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

​8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Notary Services and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Rejection of documents by third parties

• Delays caused by external entities (couriers, government offices, etc.)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seal-the-Deal Notary Services, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Notary Services, or any violation of these Terms.
